Please let us know if you find something wrong with your order. We pride ourselves on customer service and want to make it just right.

All Items in new condition can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date for made to order items and 20 days for ready to ship items.  If you would like to exchange an item, in mosts cases you will have to pay the shipping cost unless there was an error on our part. Please contact us 
if you would like to return/exchange an item. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in delivery.

All of our items are made to order. Because our items are custom made if you want to switch items in a gift set or change how something is made on one of our hats (i.e. pom pom, flower, etc.) please send us a message and we will try to accomodate your request.

We are currently shipping out in 8 - 10 business days. We mail our items through First Class Mail which typically takes 3 - 6 days to arrive.

 

During the Holiday Season our shipping time is 10 -12 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES cannot be tracked. We do receive a customs form number that we can send to you if requested. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international customers. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in delivery.

 

 

If you have sent us a message, please allow 48 - 72 hours for a response.  We want to respond to you and will do so as quickly as we can.
